Yeah, looks like a Kindergarten photo. My bad, sorry everyone!
On the other hand, he's dressed in "fall" gear so it could be this year. And why would they keep an old picture on the website? It's definitely this year-yay!
Oh shoot, I just noticed the date on the left side -- March 25! It IS an old picture. Oh well, at least he made it on the website!
