First photo of Nicholas Lloyd Olson. He was born on Feb. 20, weighing 5 pounds 1 ounce. You can't see it here but he has red hair, and when the nurses looked at me funny, i explained somewhat defensively, "I get red in my beard"

Bobcat sighted

Darcy saw a bobcat saunter across our back deck, go down the deck stairs, across the lawn and out our driveway. Here’s the indisputable visual evidence.

Super Tired!

Game started in England at 11pm, so I thought I'd watch the first quarter. Then when it seemed like the Giants could win, I stayed up. Saw the "catch" and celebrated with a silent cheer as Vanessa and the people we were staying with were all asleep. Then, just as the Giants were approaching their last touchdown, the TV went out. Another silent scream. Saw the final plays on the internet. Great game!

We're back home now staying at Ruthie's. Jetlag sucks. Can't wait to see Buster (and the rest of you :)
