As John Olson, 49, drove home from Boeing on a regular Thursday night, something unexpected and traumatizing was about to happen. He exited the freeway at the Broadway exit when the car in front of him was smashed into by an oncoming Jeep. As the car rose up into the air and flipped over, he watched. As soon as the car was on its back, he jumped out of his car to help the victim in the overturned car. He and another man were able to pull him out safely and leave quietly, like just another good samaritain, although he was disappointed he wasn't called as a witness or his name wasn't mentioned in the paper.
