San Francisco!

The Cerna family had a blast in San Fran! We biked across the Golden Gate Bridge, went to Chinatown, Alcatraz and more. Check out the Susie Hotel!

Easter in Sammamish :)

Change of plans...we are now hosting an Easter potluck in Sammamish. Who's in? We will do the ham, fresh salad, veggies and dip and dessert. Post a comment with what you'd like to bring. Here's a list of ideas:

• Vegetable side dish (asparagus? broccoli?)

• Drinks

Dinner will be at around 2 p.m., but definitely feel free to arrive whenever you'd like. Looking forward to seeing whoever can make it!

Prescott Revisited

Made another trek back to Prescott.  Tried to get better pix this time.  The high dive in the pool was taken down for insurance reasons.  Looks like they cleared all the trees from the upper elementary play area, too.  Everything else looked surprisingly the same :)

Not Cherokee after all...

So sorry to report that it turns out that our ancestor had TWO wives, and we are the descendants of the non-Cherokee wife. Poor Cherokee wife doesn't even get named, nor do her children.

I will be more careful in my research. Slightly disappointed not to get some of the tribe benefits.
